Alex Studio 2 – Nea Peramos is a 1-bedroom studio, 100 meters from the beach and the center of Nea Peramos.

It has 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, kitchenette, fridge, cooking oven, dining table, TV and veranda with table and chairs to sit and relax.

It is a clean and well-preserved studio with all the amenities.  There is plenty of parking space outside of the apartment

Cancellation / Prepayment

Your booking has to be paid in advance at a percentage of 50%. You will pay the rest of the amount when you check-in.

In booking cancellation, 50% of the fee will be charged. In case of modification (extra days etc.), this is only possible at least 10 days before and in case there is availability. Any other custom request should be discussed with the room manager.

Children and extra beds

There is room for 1 extra person or up to 1 child in the main sitting room.
